FRESH RICE BRAN

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Rice bran is the thin, dark chalk layer between the husk and white rice kernels.

A grain of rice is composed of 4 parts: the husk accounts for 20% of the weight, the light pink coat (the rice bran film) accounts for 8% of the weight, the rice germ accounts for 1-2%, the rest is the kernel of the rice kernel which accounts for 70%. Rice bran is a product created from the grain of rice. Often used as animal feed, in the production of skincare products, and cosmetics.
 

Rice bran production process:

1. Harvest the rice and dry the seeds.

2. Use a rice husking machine to separate rice husks for Husk and Brown Rice (rice with bran on).

3. Continue to use the milling machine to remove the bran outer layer of the rice grain. Add white rice and brown bran - that's rice bran.

- During the rice milling process, the rice bran is stripped from the grain and becomes a by-product. Therefore, they are often low-cost but possess more than 65% of the nutritional value of rice grains.
- In 100 grams of rice bran powder there are:

• 40 grams of glucose
• 12 grams of protein
• 22 grams of lipids
• The remaining 26 grams are trace elements such as vitamins B6, E, B1, minerals, etc
